Excursions
Two excursions are planned:
The Geiranger fjord
June 9 (afternoon). The bus will take you to Hellesylt, where there is a ferry to Geiranger. From Geiranger the buses will take you over the mountains, and back to Nordfjordeid. This tour costs NOK 370,- per person (ferry and bus included).
The Brixdal glacier
June 11 (afternoon). Buses will take you to Briksdalen, where you can walk to the glacier if you want to. It is a wonderful trip. On the return, the buses usually drive the exiting Panorama road. This tour to Briksdalen (which starts right after an early lunch and return just before a later dinner) costs NOK 180,- per person.
